Orders and Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within two working days. Delivery within Europe usually takes three to five working days, and seven to twelve working days elsewhere. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you receive an e-mail with a tracking number and a link to follow the delivery.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Any customs duties or import taxes outside the European Union are payable by the recipient.
Sizing and Care
How should I choose my size?
Our knitwear is cut for a relaxed fit. If you prefer a closer shape, take one size down. Measurements for each size are listed on the product page.
How do I care for merino and cashmere?
Hand wash in cool water with a wool detergent, or use a wool cycle under 30 degrees with a low spin. Dry flat, reshape while damp and store folded rather than hung.
Will my knitwear pill?
A little surface pilling is normal on natural fibres in the first weeks. Remove it gently with a cashmere comb or a sweater stone and it settles down.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
You may return an unworn piece in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is arranged by you unless the item arrived faulty.
How do I start a return or reach a person?
Write to us through the contact page with your order number and we will confirm the return address and next steps within two working days.
